Does anyone do recumbent bike with pelvic / pudendal nerve pain? I have nerve blocks booked in for the 4th of December , i walk every morning as I can't just sit around before work to get some exercise in as it's painful . I have been told not too stretch as it aggregates it...Today i signed up at the gym give me a bit more of a boost and help me get through this nightmare....does anyone do any weights or anything? All I've been told is not to long distance biking up right with crappy seats...I bought a pedal execrcise for home bike but it was starting to get uncomfortable when lying on the floor...
