Interstitial cystitis

Having a bad time at the moment with discomfort and gets you down.

Will be trying the tibial nerve stimulation later in month. does anybody recommend this treatment?

Being told this condition is with me for life is rather depressing.

Affects every day life badly, travel especially not knowing where the next toilet is. stuck in road jam etc
