Anyone know if gallbladder pain could also cause pelvic floor  pain ?

 I don't know the answer to that question. I have the same thing you have and I wondered the answer is well. Where exactly is your gallbladder pain

Lower back - right side. Right side of stomach  and up into the ribcage. Just don't  know. Before this pain started  I was  waking  up every night about 2am. It felt like a knife  had been stuck  in ribs-right side  again. The only way to stop the pain was to sit up and stay that  way. This went on for 4 months. The doctor  didn't  do anything. Was that a sign ? After that the pain - Levitor muscle stared spasms. So I  wondering why ? Let me know if you find out anything.

I do not think gall-bladder symptoms cause pelvic floor symptoms.  If you google : Cholecystitis or gall bladder symptoms you will get the typical symptoms. I hope this helps.

 I had Pelvic Pain for  about four years before I started having really bad acid reflex. I had asked for a bladder ultrasound (because of bladder pain not gallbladder) and on that it showed I had gallstones. They never did anything about that and three years later I had to call 911 due to horrific chest pain and found out that my gallstones were stuck in my bile duck.   So because they didn't do anything about it when they sought the first time I had to have a surgery to get the gallstones out of the bile duct and after recovery from that I then had to have my gallbladder removed.   And after all that was said and done I still have pelvic pain.   So I don't think it causes Pelvic Pain or if it's related in any way, but that's just my opinion.
