Welcome - I have no experience with Provigil but hope others will have some insight for you. Check out a previous post about joining our other digest groups with groups.io
I started taking Provigil about 7 years ago. After 3 years diagnosed with PBC, simple daily house chores became unattainable. Financially, I had to continue to work. Provigil enabled me to have a clear head, improved my energy level and made me feel more like my old self. I still get fatigue but not the way it was without the medication. I was diagnosed 10 years ago at stage 1. I’m now at stage 3 with no change in symptoms. I hope this helps.
