1st pbc,18mths later autoimmune hepatitus,hiatus hernia,oesophegeal stricture.enlarged heart, osteoathritus to base of spine.i feel im falling to bits and only 64.i live in spain so know one else with pbc.please i desperatly need to give and receive support. gastrologist here say apart from pbc and aih others not linked thanks-tuppence

I also have PBC and oesophegeal stricture. These are frequently linked by CREST syndrome. Might be worth checking out although not much they can do!

tinks,thankyou do you find eating anthing other than a bland diet creats more pain in youre gullet abd how do you deal with gthis

As for the support you need - regarding information or just counselling, do trust the Foundation and its collaborators. You will find pertinent information and a lot of kindness there. All the best :).

hi Christina,thankyou very much.You are very kind.Do you know if a pbc foundation in Spain.I can get info through pbc association.web site etc.The problem is I know no else with this disease , cant keep boring my friends and fed up with Consultant telling me to be positive when everyone I know think of me as positive and no medic who seems to think any of my symptoms/diseases are linked.Ive started to think maybe Im being lazy and that is all in my head.Thankyou again and sorry for going on.Tuppence
