6monthly check up

routine 6monthly check up with. Lovely chap who has been looking after me for 10 years,we ended up discussing how to keep fit as I can't use my legs (hips playing up) and since giving up smoking piled on the pounds ( stones) he recommended swimming as he had hurt his back at the gym,only problem was he can't swim so we ended up chatting about swimming lessons as he filled out the scan and blood paperwork he's testing for sugar it was thyroid last time just incase i can get free prescriptions he's a love.
