Hi - I take 50mg Trazodone for my RLS and it works really well, and as a result I am able to sleep again (thank you). It seems to work as a painkiller as well if your pain is neurological. I cant say whether it is suitable for you but you could ask your doctor?

Good luck I know how miserable RLS can be!
