I apologize for no post yesterday. The day started out with little or no sleep. I had 2 appointments an hour away soon after getting up. I felt the whole day was exhausting for me. I know you understand... hope you had a better day.

Hope you had a good night's sleep. As you have advised, we all need to pace ourselves and lives change day to day. We are enjoying some sunny weather here in the UK but with a cold wind, ideal for gardening. I hope you are feeling better today.
