It's Monday Me!

I set my alarm for 6am this morning. I'm up and dressed ready to leave around 7:10 or so. I signed up for a new 4 week - twice a week - session of water aerobics classes at a local Recreational Center.

I have been doing water aerobics for many years at a local YMCA. Thought I would try something now and add to the amount of exercise I do weekly. The scale tells me what I'm doing is not enough......😐

This is for me.... hopefully making me feel better and getting me up and moving early in the day.

What are you doing for yourself?
