It's cold, damp, and just yucky here. What is the perfect way for you to spend this kind of day?

batch cooking to be ready for the sunnier days.
for me it’s a cup of coffee and a snuggly doggie, either reading a book or watching soccer.
Grab a good book, settle in your rocking chair, and have a delicious cup of hot chocolate. This works for me. 😊
sounds good to me... What book have you read lately that you recommend? I read Conclave. I liked it. I enjoy thriller/mystery books.
Thanks for the recommendation, I'll check it out. I also love murder mystery, legal thrillers, also time travel. Can recommend Shawn Inmon, Scott Pratt, Lawrence Block. So many great books. Some light, delightful and at times sad reading that comes to my mind "The Adoration of Jenna Fox" by Mary E. Pearson, "Every Day" by David Levithan, "The Face on the Milk Carton" by Caroline B. Cooney, "Life on the Refrigerator Door" by Alice Kuipers, The Mirror by Marlys Millhiser. Currently I'm reading a historical book (not a novel) "Operation Barbarossa and Germany's Defeat in the East (Cambridge Military Histories)" by David Stahel.
