Tuesday's Tip

I know this is a time of the year when we, most likely, have more social events than usual - be it with neighbors, work, church, or good friends.

Dr. Jones feels very strongly that people who tend to isolate themselves, being less social, have their quality of life greatly diminished and experience their fatigue to a greater degree.

Those who remain social and engage with people tend to have a better quality of life and not have the fatigue impacting their lives as much.

I know this makes so much sense but we also need to know how much socializing each of us can experience before it does become a physical and/or mental issue for us. What is best for you is something only you can know.
