It's 'Monday Me'!

I know many of you are busy with shopping, decorating, planning menus and such but don't forget to take time out for just you.

We all need to recharge time to time. As a rule women are care givers and feel they need to do it all. Let do of some of that thinking. We put so much pressure on ourselves to do it all 'our way'. Stop!

So..... what have you done to just take care of you?

To get away from some unusually loud road noise from a motor bike I changed bedrooms and have slept well these past three nights. Such a bonus.
