What have you done in the past week or so just for 'you'?

We have to make time to care for ourselves mentally as well as physically. We all matter!

I went and bought myself a Fitbit! It’s been great so far keeping my mind focused on walking and challenges☺️

I love mine too! it's nice to see how much we walk every day. Thanks for sharing this with us. Right now I am doing a year long prediabetes prevention program thru my YMCA. They provided each of us with one. I like to see how many calories I burn when I exercise. Let us know how it goes for you using it now.

I sure will. I was using my cell phone but did not carry it around everywhere I went. I like this so much better because it gives a more accurate number of steps. There are so many different bands and faces you can buy to change them up to match outfits. I bought the Fitbit luxe and so far so good. I encourage everyone to try it. It’s been fun for me so far. Mine was 99$ on Amazon and the bands are not expensive.

lots of things. I’ve been to the gym, read a book and spent time with my cats which is a great stress buster.

good for you!!! I always try to have a book on my nightstand. I do my water aerobics twice a week as well. Doesn't it just make you feel better to do something for yourself?!
