It's Monday 'Me'
I did at least 30 minutes of exercise for 5 days last week. And I bought myself a pair of nice earrings.
I love it all! I wish I could be that dedicated to exercising. Just need some motivation...
I do various YouTube videos. Just do a search and choose something that appeals to you. This is my plan this week…and I search youtube for workouts to fit the activities.
Monday Total Body Sculpt
Tuesday Cardio (I went for a 40 minute walk)
Wednesday Lower body sculpt
Thursday Upper body sculpt
Friday Total Body cardio
Saturday Stretch & Abs
Sunday Rest
I went out with a friend in my area of London and spent 4.5 hours collecting litter and flytips ! 49 bags of litter , 12 cannisters of Nitrous Oxide ( a big problem in this area ) a cupboard , a hob etc, etc . Not bad as we have a combined age of 150 yrs . My motto is keep busy and as my son says to me 4 times a week " Are you going out saving the planet again Mum ? "
What an amazing thing you do to help clean up our planet. Thank you! You get exercise as well as help keep areas clean. What are flytips?
Flytips are caused by ignorant people leaving mattresses , furniture etc in the streets for others to dispose of , we have council dumps and recycling centers you can dispose of unwanted furniture but these people are too lazy to go there .
