It's Monday Me!

I almost forgot it's Monday... here in the US, we are celebrating Labor Day. Today we remember all of the hard working men and women who keep our country running.

So... what have you done in the last week or so to take care of yourself either mentally and/or physically?

For me, I just sat on my deck last evening and just 'was'. It was a beautiful clear night. I found myself just enjoying the quiet... and then along came a deer in the yard.

Life is good!
