It's 'Monday Me!'

Today I just want you to be aware of the last time you really took any amount of time just for you.

Going for a walk, reading a good book, out with friends, having a'date night', just sitting in a comfortable place, taking a class..... anything that brings you some peace or joy.

It's ok to just take time for you. How many are having a problem ever taking the time for themselves? Maybe you feel it's selfish - that couldn't be further from the truth. Each of us deserve to have ourselves the best we can be both mentally as well as physically. We all deserve to 'recharge' ourselves so we can do just that.

For those of you that do take time for yourself, can you share with us what you've done that brought you this peace or joy? How do you justify taking this time for yourself?

This is all just food for thought.....
