also look up natural ways to use a diuretic. for instance lemons and watermelon have a diuretic effect on the body. Coffee and tea are natural diuretics. Green tea is a diuretic as it has caffeine in and in a hot country like Turkey I am sure you will find ice green tea available. Its not the time of year but I find asparagus a very effective diuretic.
Good advice to always check with your primary doctor before taking any medication. Often some medications do not 'mix' with others. Could it be some of the food that you eat is high is salt? Often diet can cause swelling in our legs and feet. Actually drinking more water and elevating your legs can often help the swelling improve.
