"Due to family genetic problems, I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in 2020. Coupled with some of the things I experienced at the time, I felt like the whole world was collapsing. However, as time went by, I gradually understood a lot. Living in this world, there will always be various challenges, and these experiences have helped me to continuously improve and grow."

I love everything you said about just living life! You are so right about living life despite whatever challenges we face - whether they are health related or personal. We all have a choice to make the decision to still live our best life. Diabetes can be so manageable if you are willing to do the work. I have prediabetes. Thank you for the positive outlook.. I need to be more diligent about my own prediabetes care.

In the early stages of sugar, you need to reduce your carbon water intake and choose high-quality protein. Drinks can be replaced with water. Exercise more and eat more vegetables.

absolutely getting on the right dietary changes can help .... Keeping diabetes under control can avoid so many other complications. Diet and exercise is the key... along with the right education about the disease.
