I have to be honest here... I'm wondering why so few members are asking for any advice from other members about any aspect of their PBC experiences or challenges.
Don't hesitate to ask any question anytime. You may be asking the very question someone else want to ask but just isn't ready to post yet. Being someone else's voice is a very powerful tool that we all have.
I welcome any comments or concerns about anything you are experiencing right now.
Being newly diagnosed can be scary. I have been - as we all have - exactly where you are right now. Lots of emotions, I know, are happening all at once.
Anyone is always welcome to message me privately via 'chat'.

Donna since I registered with this page I have not found it to be a very busy page I don't know how far Health Unlocked reaches but I assume it has a world wide audience.
Hi Donna, I was drawn to this forum because it *didn’t* have a busy feel, and I think that’s been one of its great strengths.
I find social media can have a frantic pace and the contrast this space offered when I joined was exactly what I needed. I like that people drop in and out when they need something or want to offer something - it works well I think.
Thank you for your different perspective on the group's 'pace'. You are absolutely right. I hope when members need some encouragement or reassurance they reach out. Someone is always here to help or lend an ear.
I noticed that too. Years ago, when I first came looking for info when they found the Ama. This forum was alot busier, Idk, I think people are using Facebook groups more possibly.
Although I would like more members to feel comfortable to ask questions or comment here, I hope too that they are getting some support from other support groups. There is a support group that is only for PBC patients that is 'closed' group. This means only those who are in the group can see your questions or posts. Many of those from my old group have joined this one, based in the US.
