Hello everyone, hope you are having a nice day! Just wondering….i was just hit with a wave of dizziness….something i have never had before. I wasn’t bending over, i was just applying sunscreen. Is this anything that might have to do with PBC? I am a newbie since November.

Dizziness?
likely not PBC.. it may be you just bent over and straightened up too quickly. If it continues to happen, then I would let your primary doctor know.
Don't think your dizziness has anything to do with PBC. I had episodes with feeling dizzy through out my life, well before PBC. Three years after I was diagnosed with PBC, I had a series of vertigo attacks, when everything spins around you and lasts for several hours. I would close my eyes and sit like this in the armchair, without looking. I was eventually diagnosed with Meniere's disease. I had three or four strong episodes when vertigo lasted for several hours. The doctor eventually prescribed valium and that was helping to fall asleep during the episode. But, I haven't had strong episodes since 2020. You may need to check your inner ear, if your problem with dizziness and balance continues. You'll need to see an ear specialist for that. They run a whole bunch of tests. Good luck!
I don’t think it’s a PBC thing. I get it but that’s to do with my ears. There is an exercise you can do which moves the crystals in your ear so stops the dizziness.
I agree with the others unlikely to be to do with PBC however I can get a bit dizzy due to having low iron levels due to chronic anemia or like others have said a possibility it’s vertigo may be worth checking out wit a doctor if doesn’t settle down .
