In April, I will be attending The PBC Summit sponsored by The PBC Foundation happening in Edinburgh. This was an amazing experience last year for me to meet people literally from all over the world who are truly dedicated to making PBC a more understood disease as well as improving the lives of those with this disease. One of the highlights of these 4 days is an opportunity to listen to several pharmaceutical companies present on what drugs they are currently working on regarding the overall disease itself, the itch, and the fatigue. Last year they even used the work "cure". After the Summit is concluded I will be posting as much of the information from there as I can. There is so many great things coming!
