Hi everyone is anyone on here getting pip I'm due my review dreading it as I hear there tacking it away from people got my review form today any useful advice

Thankyou fingers crossed my doctor who supported me has left and I find you dont get much support from most of them 😢 thankyou for your reply x

Thank you for the question. 1) focus on the complications and consequences- not the PBC e.g. fatigue is about what it stops you doing, not about how it feels

2) have notes written to remind or prompt you

3) try to have good examples e.g. I have to park close to shops because I cannot carry bags. Or I buy pre-prepped food because I cannot stand at cooker, etc
