what the best treatment for fibromyalgia when you also have Pbc? Xxx

Not sure which country you are in but I hope the following link will load for you. Not specific to PBC but a general overview. Generally anything we take has to be a trade off of being able to live our lives against what has to be processed through the liver. Has your doctor prescribed anything for your fibromyalgia?

I take Amitriptyline for my fibromyalgia, but I don’t have PBC , so not sure how it impacts the liver x

Hi. I have PBC and fibromyalgia. I took amitriptyline for a year or so to see if it would improve my sleep and fatgiue - it didn't so I stopped taking it. My GP was happy for me to take this knowing I have PBC.
