My Thoughts

I was diagnosed stage 3 four years ago next month. In warm weather, I bike 5-10 miles six days a week and go to the gym. In cooler weather, I do 30 minutes of cardio and 20-:30 minutes of weightlifting. I enjoy heavy food and, occasionally, food that is not so good for me. I would guess that I live a better than average lifestyle: I will be eighty-four in a few days. My doctors say I will not do from PBC.

Be of good cheer!

Don

Your positive attitude is great. There is a lot to be said for the benefits of exercise and a happy outlook on life. Happy Birthday in a few days.

Don- thanks for sharing! Glad you’re doing so well - you’re an inspiration. Just what I needed before I head out to do my walk here in NY.

The liver loves exercise!! Research Milk Thistle. That's how I chose to treat my dx. My numbers are normal now. Couldn't tolerate Urso and Ocaliva has such severe side-effect warnings that I didn't dare!!! Check-up soon! Hoping to still have good #s.
