Haven't used Slim Fast myself but it's full of nutrients and fibre etc so it's got to be better than eating an unhealthy meal . I've googled it and it doesn't come up with any information saying it's unhealthy for the liver . Better to lose a bit of weight than have a fatty liver . Good luck with it .

I have had PBC for 15 years and lost 5 stone with 1:1 Cambridge diet very successfully. No damage to the liver and feel fantastic now. The Cambridge meals are full of your complete days nutrients so you're getting the best of everything.
