Hi ratskyI'm rally sorry to here you have the dreaded itch.

Nothing worked for me only the rifapancin.

I am prescribed Clobetasol shampoo for Lichen PlanoPilaris. As far as I understand it is a steroid product which in the UK is on prescription only. For me the itch is well controlled using Rifampicin, Sertraline and Gabapentin taken at different times throughout the day.
