Sorry to read you are not a responder to URSO. Good luck with the trial hopefully it will be beneficial to you. There is some information on the internet about RHUDEX but I wonder if you would like to ask this question of the PBC Foundation's Thursday specialists to get up to date information from a hepatologist. You can send an email in advance and then if you are not able to tune in to their ZOOM or Facebook live session you can play it later.
I had a letter from Kings college hospital for RHUDEX trial but decided not to participate as this would mean I would have to stop taking Ursodeoxycholic and Octilva as everything is stable, I decided not to participate.
Hi I’ve been through the initial test and just waiting to hear if everything fits the criteria. Urso wasn’t keeping me stable, levels kept fluctuating and dipping. They were having to look for additional means so decided to give it a try.
Most recent clinical trial was unsuccessful for me. I’m due back to see my Consultant in a week to discuss changing all meds including Urso. I’m a non responder, hope the other meds help 🥹
