Has anyone had zoledronic acid infusion. I have PBC and have recently been diagnosed with osteoporosis of the spine.

Yes, I’ve had it for the last three years. That’s my lot, as we’re only allowed three. I should have another DEXA next year. It didn’t cause any problems. Good luck. Xx

Hi, I have my infusion next week and just wondered if you had any side effects? Bit scared to be honest as I have endometriosis and massive gastric problems so I’m worried about infusion side effects.

No I didn’t have any side effects. I think it can give you flu symptoms for a couple of days, but I was fine. Hope it all goes well.xx
