Once again all the responses have been so positive and helpful.

As Ive got so many sachets I'm going try mixing it with a banana. Wish me luck!!

banana and a bit of milk to dilute the powder otherwise you may find it too dry.

Well I tried the banana and milk and unfortunately didn't do to well. I'm going to keep trying tho. I'm due to see my consultant at the beginning of November and I'm going to ask for a different med in pill form.
