Can anyone recommend food/ or what to eliminate to help with Fatigue.
I know some have mentioned reduce carbs. I'm considering tring it but I crave carbs so I suppose I'd like some ideas on substitute foods or how people do this.
I'm so fatigued I have to try something.

A little exercise to build up your strength will slowly give more energy. If you are already exercising then finding the right balance for you is key.The PBC Foundation has run some self help on line presentations which I have benefitted from, one suggestion for exercise was to sing, I have a dreadful voice but love to sing so now I sing when alone and feel uplifted. As to diet for fatigue I am not sure there is just one answer as we have to tweak so much for ourselves, for me it is a more Mediterranean diet with lots of homemade soups and salads with good protein to keep me full and give more energy. Most mornings I have porridge or muesli and top the mixture with kefir. I try to keep good gut bacteria balance. With soups rich in vegetables I have grated cheese on top. Some people struggle with dairy but that is not a problem for me. As a change today, it is our wedding anniversary, we are starting our day with fresh made pancakes, smashed strawberries topped with a splash of kefir. Lunch will be a prawn cocktail salad with rye bread toast and most unusually for dinner we will have a beef pot roast but with loads of veggies. Red meat can be hard for the liver to process so my husband enjoys the beef and I dig in to the vegetables.When you are so fatigued it is hard to do all this for yourself but I am now retired so have all day to sit and prepare vegetables, or think of easy ways to prepare foods. I have a supportive husband so am very lucky.
One tip from PBCRobert is laughing is also exercise, its free and it is good for you.
I try to eat more whole grains too. Like brown rice, quinoa, steel cut oatmeal, whole wheat bread. I eat lots of veggies too. Try not to eat too much starchy ones like potatoes, corn and peas.
I love noodles and pasta so you can use whole wheat pasta or those made with beans which also brings more protein into your diet.
As for lean meats/protein, I eat mostly chicken breast, ground turkey (instead of beef), pork loin or pork tenderloin, Alaskan sockeye salmon, cod fish, ahi tuna (not too much because of mercury levels).
Now that it is almost Spring time, I will eat lots more salads with baby kale, arugala, spring mix etc as the base and add other veggies: tomatoes, peppers, strawberries, blueberries, cucumbers, avocados etc...make it as colorful as possible. For protein, I use anchovies, sardines, salmon, shrimp, chicken, beans (all varieties). And I topped it off with walnuts, sliced almonds, chia seeds etc. I only use balsamic vinegar and either extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil to dress it.
