I'm really struggling with Fatigue. I'm beginning to dread getting up in the morning because I know I'm going to find it difficult to do the essentials, like feed my family and basic house work just knocks wrecks me, I recently need to go back to bed before lunch. I work as a nurse and finding it increasingly difficult to stay focused for my work day.
I'm in the process of applying for reduced hours and I'm hoping that might help 🙏. But I'm been honest and saying every day is the same whether at work or home.
Has anyone any advice on fatigued, what helps or what makes it worse,🤔 please.

You just discribed exactly the way I feel and tried everything to change it but nothing helps. Doctors will tell you to excercise which I try but it just makes the fatigue worst. In the end I had to give up work but the struggle goes on. It’s such a difficult thing to deal with because Iyou feel so lazy. If I dont sleep most of the afternoon I can’t function the rest of evening. Sorry can’t help you in any way but you are not alone. Xx
I am so sorry for you. It's so hard. I'm hopeful that I might get some routine that I can cope with. Currently I'm over whelmed with so much to do and no energy.
I use to be the same way. I'm not trying to sell you anything but I had a friend that introduced me to a product called Thrive. It's a.bunch of vitamins and nutrients. Way better than the multi vitamin the doctor told me to take. It really helped me. It is on the expensive side. And I am not taking it now because of that. But I still am way better then I was before I started taking it.
There are a number of potential causes of fatigue (e.g. Vit D) so it is good to rule those out first as many are easily treatable.
If the fatigue is down to PBC then it comes down to self-management (which can help enormously). As ever, we are happy to help if you want to contact us directly.
