If you go to the PBC Foundation's web site, in the members section look for the Bear Facts Magazine. There is a list of local volunteers you may find a group in Essex that you can be in touch with - at the moment virtually of course.

😊

Are you asking about Essex, Ontario, Canada or in England? It would help to get more detail to avoid confusion as we are a worldwide group. 😉

Hi hun, I have pbc, me , fibro, shrogens, raynauds and have reached the decision if I saw more specialists no doubt id get more diagnoses, in reality I just have broken immune system , I was diagnosed with PBC coming up for 8 years ago and have to say it was a huge shock, my specialist was an idiot and scared the living daylights out of us! Took me years to get over their scare mongering , many people live long and good lives and die with the disease old and having lived well, so please dont get too bogged down with the negatves, each persons journey is unique, im under the Royal Free where are you at?

Oh hun... You know how I'm feeling don't you xx I'm under basildon hospital in Essex but feel it's a bit inferior to a London hospital. Think that's my mindset at moment. Have lots of negative thoughts 😢. I have a partner Andrew who is incredible but feels helpless. He's going through it too of course without having the actual thing. Have u got a partner/husband? Xxx
