Its higher than it should but not that high. Are you on meds for PBC?
Others will chime in here as well. Hepatologists look to manage alk phos to under 200.
Ranges can fluctuate so a one off elevated reading may not give you the whole picture but as a transplanted patient I would think a chat with the specialist would be helpful. In these difficult times phone the secretary and ask for the specialist to give some advice
Mine runs around 200, the rest of my numbers are fine, ultrasounds, CT scans and MRI's have found nothing more than a fatty liver, doctor isn't too concerned as long as it stays right in that area..But I see that you've had a transplant so I for sure would get that checked and make sure it's kept an eye on..
I don't take Urso I take the 6mp drug it's about 2 years now I'm on it and it keeps my numbers down. I was originally given urso and prednisone but prednisone totally made me sick and so did Urso
