Shoulders

Hi everyone hope you’re all as good as can be.

Well today I went to ARI and had the steroid injection and to my utter amazement, it wasn’t too bad. What can I say, I’m a wimp.

The anaesthetic has worn off so pain killers it is 🥴. Waiting on a physio appointment now, and once my left shoulder is good I get to do it all again with my right 1.

I’m sore just now but had my daughter and princess Harriett round to cheer me up. Then conked our once they left. I’ll be fine my lovely. Thank you hope you’re a bit more settled. Once you get an appointment with your consultant hopefully that’ll get the ball rolling xxx

Thank you. When I was talking to my liver nurse last week she said if nothing changes then I will just see him in June as she said she did all checks when I had my fibroscan. I do know she is very thorough. Hope your soreness has eased off. Love and hugs Lynne xxxx
