Are you sure it’s ASP.? Not heard of that one, but there is:

ALP- alkaline phosphatase

AFP - alpha fetoprotein.

I only ever take notice of any that I have done that are out of range, so could have missed that one, you could ask your doctors to explain what it is and why you had the test.
