The Freeman Hospital in Newcastle upon Tyne is a well respected clinic in the UK.
The PBC Foundation is also a good source of information as they will be able to tell you the nearest centre of excellence to where you are/may be staying in the UK.
I have been extremely happy with the care I have received from the Francis Family Liver Clinic at Toronto General Hospital.
