Blood test result

Hello

I have just had an annual check up with my consultant. The blood test shows the annual trend of my PBC is improving, the particular result he showed me was for alkerline (I think) it started at 189 in 2012, it is now 135. He said this was excellent. It wasn’t until after my consultation that I thought to ask what is normal, what should it be? Can anyone tell me.

Thank you

Hi there

I’m glad everything shows improvement, think the normal is between 44 and 147 but some labs differ slightly. Hope this helps
