Can't believe I was diagnosed 4 years ago feels longer.... So tired today. The itch has been worse the last few days what creams so you had to help control it better

My GP prescribed me fexofenadine 180 mg, it had really helped me. Love and hugs Lynne xxxx
I use a 2% topical menthol cream. I am prescribed colestyramine, rifampcin and sertraline for the itch. Some find Benadryl or Cetirizine, both over the counter anti histamines can take the edge off.

Best thing is not to get too hot, keep as cool as you can. I find cotton rather than synthetics helps...
