Hi over the past few days, I keep getting a sharp pain under my right rib cage so bad it tool my breath away yesterday. Felt like my rib cage was pinching something. I was going to mention this to my consultant on Thursday, but he's cancelled again. Things were going ok despite the fact that he is a gastro with interest in hepatology . I am considering going to Leeds to see a real hepatologist.

I also don't know what to do about being declared unfit for work.....I thought perhaps a phased retirement. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you everyone x

I get the pain under my rib cage, generally if I am feeling stressed or over tired. I am still working at 65. Positive thinking and perhaps a change of diet. I don't eat meat and don't have the itch either. X
