The new app is available on both android and iOS, with links below.
Now, because of the features of the app, we have tightened security around your access to the app and the website. This may be a pain for some people to get through but the extra security of your data is everything to us and so it is just something we have to do.
To access the app, you will need to be registered with the PBC Foundation. An easy way to know this is if you receive "The Bear Facts" either by post or by email. If you do not, it is likely you have not registered with us.
A registered user will have a username specific to you and a password. Once signed in, you will need to set your own password. This entails a code being automatically sent to your registered email address. You then copy that code into the app and reset your password.
If you have any doubts or queries, get in touch with us and we can help you. We can also help you manually set up a password if needs be.
We apologise that the extra security features are an inconvenience but it is absolutely worth it in terms of keeping your data secure and safe. We are also available, irrespective of which country you are in, to help you through this process.
We hope you enjoy the app. Do male sure you fill in the first survey, as that will give your baseline PBC experience and help you use the rest of the app.
It is called "All About You".
Any problems or issues, please come to us and we can help. If you love it, tell your friends and give it a great rating!!!
Yours, as ever,
Robert.

Thank Robert to all of you with the good work and congratulations with the release looks great and very helpful. I already filled in my first survey:-))) Cheers, Martina
Already finding this app useful. The lay EASL guidelines are a good read. I have yet to up date all my records. Thank you Robert for your help sorting out my problem and thank you to the team for this new version.
Every time I use the app it stops working. I have uninstalled/ reinstalled but it still stops half way through the survey. Also the survey dates for when diagnosed go up to 2017 (I was diagnosed January 2018). The bits I have managed to access without it stopping look good.
Hi Robert. Downloaded and was completing the survey but I keep getting an error message at the end - "Unexpected error has occurred on the server.(unexpected response)" A few thoughts though on the questions in the survey - you don't facilitate input of Other medication (I assume you're not tracking that), should the postcode have a space or not (appears to accept either or maybe that's the problem?), Q6 asks for year of diagnosis but you can select full date (if you can remember it or like me have it on your calendar as it was so recent), Q8 re Urso - none of the responses is appropriate for me so none selected (again is that potentially the reason why I get the error message). Otherwise I've put 'na' in for a couple of boxes and assume that's ok. I'd like to get my survey in but will maybe try again in a few weeks. Hope this helps. Really appreciate all the work done and I'll investigate the app more fully now. Best wishes. Adele
From what you are saying, I am guessing you are using the android version which is having a couple of issues.this feedback is very helpful so thank you.
Each time I try to submit the survey, a message saying my internet connection is not on comes up. I have checked the internet which is functioning perfectly.
Hoping you have seen the improved version if the App.
The gremlins have been addressed ao it should be working really smoothly on all devices.
It kills me that Apps are done this way with live testing and improvement but we are through the worst of it. There will be continuous updates and additions so keep an eye out for those.
