PBC app

Hi i have just installed the new pbc app and my pbc app refuses to recognise my sign in details..what should I do to rectify this please. I have been sent a pass code to put in my sign in part, but it refuses to even recognise this. Any help would be wonderful, before I uninstall it. Thank you.

If you message the PBC Foundation they can call you and talk you through the sign in procedure. hope this helps

I had the same problem. I called the PBC Foundation and they sorted it for me

After a number of tries I noticed I had mistaken the case of one of the letters! Then OPENSESAME! you'll likely be in there before you read this. Put yourself on the PBC registe. It may help you with the work assessment proceedure. I hope you get a positive outcome with the meeting today.
