Liver Biopsy

I finally have the results from my liver biopsy but first let me say this the biopsy was quick and painless. They gave me a sedative and numb the area and told me to take a breath and it was over. Now on to the results at first I had the abdominal ultrasound and it was unremarkable but my doctor wanted me to get the biopsy because of my elevated ALP so I had the biopsy June 15th and got a call from the doctor yesterday and she told me the biopsy was good and I didn't have PBC but I just had a little fat cells but I will see her in 2 weeks for a follow-up. I just want to thank everyone that responded to my question and I will keep each and everyone in my prayers. I was scared but I was going take it one day at time if I was diagnosed with PBC.

Hi. Can u tell me whether u are in the US? Wonder who was the doc who performed the biopsy that went well. Wish u well .

I'm in the US and it was performed at CMC Hospital
