Urso
Saw your post but didn’t see who you’re asking?
So you had an allergic reaction right away. I am noticing that I am having acid reflux and it is waking me during the night. I take all 3 pills with dinner. This is a new development
It might be better to space out the 3 pills. I take one in the morning & one at night. See if that decreases acid reflux.
I will try that tomorrow.
I was totally constiipated and sick from not using the restroom to satisfaction.. this went on the past year.. I just stopped taking it
Hi Ellyne, I too had the worst constipation, felt swollen all over, fluid retention. I’m taking second time around as post transplant and seem to have a worst reaction this time. I’ve been advised by hospital too halve the dose. I’m only taking one 250mg daily now helped hugely. I’ve always been a little sceptical about urso as to looking good on paper I’d clinical bloods, even masking the real extent of illness. However I hasten to add this is only a suspicion and I’m sure there is more evidence to the contrary. I certainly will continue to take urso at low dose and pray that my bloods are going in the right direction. I hope your getting on ok with them yourself. All the best to you.
Spaced out the pills after each meal. 300mg each. Feeling much better now. Acid reflux gone. However, constipation remains. Using Senna. Otherwise ....
