You’re welcome. My GI & pharmacist said keep it on hand. I bought Children’s liquid & had my pharmacist calculate my dosage. Liquid takes effect quicker👍

So good to hear it and sometimes the itching leads to a panic attack and that makes everything worse.... Benadryl can help that too.... how much do u take?

I believe it is 2-4 tsp every 4 hrs. He did say 4 tsp might make me drowsy. If you go that route (liquid) just ask your pharmacist his dosage recommendation.

My dr told me I could take benadryl for the itching

My hepatologist prefers I take benadryl over prescription medications if it helps the itch. I do fine with it.
