Nanoparticle Drug cure for PBC?

Hello everyone! I haven't been here for quite some time...I was curious if you all have read about this discovery? I'm quite interested in it. It sounds promising and already being tested as it was fast tracked by the FDA. My brain fog has become severe over the last year so I apologize but I can't recall how to post a link. It's under uvaphysicianresource.com run by I believe COUR Pharmaceutical? Trial study CNP-104.....

Thank you for posting! An interesting short read for anyone to check out! It mentions the possibility of the cause being a UTI containing E.Coli that triggered the immune response...

Yes, I was actually asked to be apart of the trial as Ursodiol has quit working for me. I did the initial testing but decided in the long run to not participate. I do hope the trials end up to help many people with advanced stages of PBC. I just could not in good conscience take a drug that has not been tested long enough to know the true side effects.
