Pain in side again and now Petechiae

Hello all! I am stage 2 PBC (as of 2014, I don't know my current stage) I've been fine for a while, then had three surgeries in 2015-2016 and have had some concerns and pain in my right side over the liver. Recently the pain has returned as I have been dealing with several types of Thyroid meds. This morning I was in a meeting and saw lots of red freckles on my right hand. At first I thought it was from the sun, but then I looked closer and saw that it was Petechiae. I have had this before on my arms, but it was always isolated and always looked more like moles starting. This looks more like a rash. Is this a sign that my liver may be getting worse. I have my annual Gastro apt tomorrow, but was concerned. I am currently Hyperthyroid due to suppression to keep my thyroid cancer from coming back. I know that can cause it too. I only have It on my right hand.

I'm not sure about the petechiae. I had to look it up as I'm not familiar with that. It definitely sounds like you have a lot going on, like multiple possible causes. I just wanted to wish you well at your appointment tomorrow. Let us know how it goes.
