Feeling drunk 24/7

Two weeks ago my blood pressure dropped. I thought I just hadn't been drinking enough water since it's hot. The next day I woke up and it dropped again to 73/56 then I started to feel drunk constantly since. I cannot walk or stand or do much of anything since this worsened two weeks ago. No doctors have been able to figure out what's going on with me and I think most of them think I'm just crazy now. Back up to February though, when I initially got sick this year. I had sudden gallbladder and stomach lining inflammation after what seemed like a cold but turned out to be another rare one, (had to have my gallbladder taken out all together, no stones or sludge was present). The only tests that have come back consistently on every cbc is I have high protein in my blood, high bilirubin, high albumin, low urine gravity, and my s cerevisiae ab IgA was positive on my autoimmune panels. I can't function at all and basically live my life in a chair right now. I'm a single mom to a 5 year old. I now can't even walk him into school. If anyone has any suggestions, please I would be so so thankful. I've had mris done, cat scans, nothing has shown except for the above tests and those mentioned below. When my gallbladder was really sick and even months after the surgery when all should be resolved, my blood results have still had low liver levels, (low alts), high albumin, which they say is complete opposite of textbook patients. When my gallbladder was sick, I never had the elevated asts or alts, they were ALWAYS really low. Anyone who can help me, please I would be so so thankful.

Mittinskittins52,

I can't remember if a CBC blood test also checks your potassium level. When my potassium was 2.3...low, I felt dizzy, weak and just plain horrible . I could sit in one place for hours and hours. If they haven't checked that, do it. It's dangerous to have a low potassium level. Also, you might try googling your symptoms.... Explore some of the information that describes what your going through and share these with your doctor. Don't settle for not knowing. Your body is talking to you....

My potassium levels have been good so far because I thought it was maybe a deficiency but no luck so far of it being a deficiency and I do take vitamins daily to see if that would help and still no luck. I agree I know it's trying to tell me something but I have no idea what

What is your real diagnosis? Do you have pbc?

Looks like you need a nutritional rich diet !!

Hi! I do not have a diagnosis yet. I've had a lot of trouble with my liver the last few years and a positive IBD test but I don't know what ibd specifies. My other big issue currently is I faint if I'm up for more than a few minutes.

Have you checked pancreatic enzyme such as lipase and amylase?

Have you. Even checked for Menieres Disease?

They are working on that one, but it wouldn't explain why I faint whenever I stand up. I have had vertigo before but never for two weeks straight. This doesnt quite feel like my vertigo. If I'm up for more than a few minutes I feel like I'm going to faint.
