Triciawc I live in South Africa and am a member of Discovery Medical Aid (one of the biggest in South Africa) and they refuse to accept my PBC as a chronic disease and I have to pay the Urso out of my own pocket, which is difficult for a pensioner. Good to know there is help for people in other countries
