Hi, are frequent headaches a thing with PBC? If so is it ok to take paracetamol or can anyone suggest non chemical treatments, I’m trying to keep hydrated, using heated wheat wraps and eye masks and exercising?

Headaches
frequent headaches are not known to be associated with pbc. You should probably ask your doctor what you can take to be safe.
I have recently heard Professor Jones say that Paracetamol is ok to take. There is of course an overrider that if you have cirrhosis then alternatives need to be suggested by your GP or specialist. As ninjagirlwebb has suggested speaking to your doctor to check what is safe for you.
Perhaps reduce your exercising until you have rid yourself of the headache. Maybe also look for triggers, one immediate thought is chocolate or too much caffeine such as tea coffee and energy drinks.
Headaches are not normally associated with PBC. Anytime you have symptoms that are 'new' to you always tell your primary. We often have a tendency to associate any 'ache or pain' with having PBC. We have to careful not to do that. Have a conversation with your medical doctor about anything you are concerned about. None of us want to overlook something that needs to be treated on its own merits. Sometimes something serious, that needs to addressed, is overlooked because we have PBC. How is your blood pressure? Good idea from another member to see if certain food trigger the headaches? allergies maybe? Check it out please...
