Just want to ask more advise. Dont want to be seen to be living at the doctors and a moaner.

Has any one got little lumps on the joint of knees and on a aching leg with swollen feet.

Not me. No bumps. But edema and swollen joints (knees, ankles, wrists, feet) yes.

I've found that one AI usually begets another... and sometimes yet another.

It's OK to moan. Sheesh, our bodies have decided to turn the tables on us. Your not moaning anyway, your just airing a finding and you've got questions. As far as doctors go, I've got better feedback to my questions right here from these good people. Still, I don't hold back from asking my doctor anything I can think of. And then after getting feedback on here from others actually living with AI's, I turn around and ask my doctor even more questions.

It could be a PBC thing, maybe a med thing. Maybe even a new AI surfacing. Let's hope not!! Hope you get some answers soon.❤

I feel at a loss really as every time i see my consultant im on a good day.

My Doctor has little knowledge of pbc and i always get pushed to see a nurse practioner.

I have found this site to be a tower of strength

I have a lot of muscle pain in legs, hips, back, shoulder and neck. No swelling though. I can't take pain medicine so I try to do massage and acupuncture. It helps some but does not get rid of it. I have also tried cold laser therapy.

How do you deal with pain?

Ive tryed paracetamol 4 times a day.

The itch dosent go with anything x
